Apparently, Aisplat claims to have removed the inclusion of a bipod, but I got mine right inside the package. Works great. Scope is not the best quality, and is a little hard to focus. <br/>Other than that, the rifle is great. Everything is true to every bit of the information/advertisement.

It did not come with a bi pod though. The FPS is 430, its powerful and extremely quite. One my friends got a $150 sniper single shot and it shoots 480 FPS...my new sniper rifle puts up one hell of a fight. It is all black which helps it not be spotted in the woods. I would tell everyone to buy this gun, but then I don't have the better end when playing. Good luck and be safe kids!
